The true negative rate (also known as Specificity) is the proportion of people without the disease who will have a negative result. Thus, it is a measure of how well your classifier identifies negative cases.

Formula:

TNR = TP TN + FP

where,
TN = number of true negative
FP = number of false positive
TNR = true negative rate
