where,
GFR = glomerular filtration rate
PG = hydrostatic pressure within the glomerular capillaries
PB = hydrostatic pressure within the Bowman's capsule
∏G = colloid osmotic pressure within the glomerular capillaries
∏B = colloid osmotic pressure within the Bowman's capsule
Kf = filtration constant.
